I'm looking to purchase a late 60s 580 ck that runs great but doesn't move. Can anyone give me a ballpark of what I may have to spend once I split it in half?

I had that problem with my 580. All it needed was fluid! There seemed to be plenty of fluid on the stick but I found out you can only check the trans level when the motor is running.
