Nut Question

I am attempting to dismantle a Sitrex SM-150 finish mower in order to clean and paint the deck in hopes it will outlast me. I have had some success, but am stymied by the nut on top of the blade drive pulley. It resembles the hub nut on the old Sturmey-Archer 3 speed bicycle rear wheel. What sort of wrench do I need to take this thing apart? Or should I make a tool? Here is a photo so this question may make more sense.

either a spanner wrench or a hammer and a punch, either one will get it off

OK, Morgan! Thank you! I'll attempt to find a spanner today.
