hitch compatability (old hitch)

have an old 3 bottom plow I picked up but the hitch is one I've never seen before. (not that I've seen many)
is there any way to hook this up to my tractor. I have an old ford 8n with 3pt hitch. as the last pic shows there is a place to hook up the front part of the hitch, but I'm confused on the "upper" part of the hitch shown in pic 2. thanks so much for your help in advanced.

Don't know what the hitch style is called but if you got one of these for your tractor:

and turned it into one of these:

you could pull it.

I once knew a 90 year old fella who could turn any drag behind plow into a 3 point plow so if you want to try that, look for a fabricator in your area and see if they can give you a decent price to convert it.

Wenger's of Meyerstown, PA just got in a sweet looking IH 2 bottom three point 14" plow with coulters. They are asking 650.00 for it.

Your plow is an Allis Chalmbers. They used a hitch they called a snap coupler. It could hold some value as some thing an Allis collector wanted.
Problem is you don't list a location sort of hard to steer you to some allis people.
