we cleaned out a really old automotive salvage yard a couple years ago that people hadnt been in since the 80's. newest car in there was from the 60's. we scrapped the whole yard for a developer but kept a bunch of stuff from some of the buildings. one crate was full of old single barrel 252 type carbs from the 50's but it had this one odd ball in there.
I'm pretty sure its a tractor carb as it looks a lot like the carb from my grandpa's old case tractor. having a hard time pinpointing it though as there's really no writing on it...
I says MARVEL on one side of the base and CHEBLE on the other which I've found is most likely SCHEBLER. only other numbers on it are on a nipple on the side. anyone have any clue what this thing fits??
