743 bobcat

I have a 743 1992 bobcat and i Am having trouble Getting the exhilarate hydraulics to work for the backhoe part of the bobcat. The hydraulics for the front bucket works fine. Is there a separate pump or switch. I am lost. I have all the hoses hooked up right and checked all the fuses. Thanks for any help that any body can give me :-)

I think it's the right lever... if you move it all the way to the right, it should lock there ( like a bucket float) That should get the backhoe working. If the lever is hitting the side of the cab, try adjusting your linkage. If all else fails, you could hook the lever to the cab with a bungee cord as a last ditch attempt, not a long term fix, but could get you going in a pinch.
Hopefully this helps with your 743 model year.
