New husqarna lgt2554 wont start

I bought this mower recently. My wife was using it and turned it off and went inside. 15 minutes later it would not start. Completely dead. The hour meter wont light up. I replaced the solenoid, and key ignition switch still nothing. I have checked the seat safety switch and clutch safety switch all ok. When you turn the key you can hear the fuel pump switch click and also the blade clutch will engage and disengage but just wont start. I can jump it across the solenoid and it will run perfect with the key in the on posistion. But when you stop it and turn it off it wont start back. Could it be the voltage regulator. It seems to recieve power from the switch and then it sends it back to the switch or somewhere. I have power going to the solenoid. This makes no sense please help. Someone else on tractor forum was having the same problem with no solution.

On some of these the switches are double switches when you un-plug it you will see another plunger switch at the base of the main plunger...The plungers are where the switch contacts the pigtail side so when plugged in they are pushed in..check to see if yours are double or single...

How old is the tractor? It sounds like a safety switch is out of adjustment/defective.
