I've never had a Husqvarna. I'm looking at the local dealers, not Lowes.

Is the reinforced deck better than the fabricated?

The Kawasaki engine the way to go?

Any advise ?

THANKS !!

I was shopping last spring and was down to the Husqvarna and Simplicity. It was just a day when the Simplicity dealer wanted to make a sale more that made the deal. If you have a really nice Husqvarna dealer like I do that will make things much better than going to a box store. With the reininforced deck they are allowed to run the deck speed higher. I would think that would be a good thing. The model I was dealing with had a briggs Vangard but Kawasaki Motors are liked by many. Your right in going to a dealer. The dealer only tractors are a lot nicer than the boxstore models. Next two houses from me both have Husqvarna and they both told me they really like them if thats any help to you.

I have a friend who sure loves his. Not sure on the mower deck though.
