Sweetie says that she wakes up with a song in her heart.

I told her that I do too! Just mine is,

" Gloom, Dispaire and agony on me!! Deep, dark depression, excessive misery! If it wern't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all! Gloom, dispaire and agony on me!"

Just kidding, guys! I had an 'evaluation' at work the other day. I 'scored' a 4.38 out of a perfect 5.0 possible.
My 'best' scores came from 'problem solving'-5.0, attendance, 5.0. Dealing with clients, 5.0,
Taking abuse from co-workers, 4.0, Adhearing to dress code, ... we won't discus that one! Messy desk, yea, I had an issue with that one too.

Anyway, a 4.0 was "Better than average", with 5 being "excellent".
The one that scared me was that I got a really 'high' in "potential management".

Back in August I was given a 'task' to do some work that would double our ridership on a wednesday. I put the whole thing together in 3 days. On Monday, it was 'in place' and ready. 2 weeks later, I was told that we were supposed to start moving those people on Sept 1st. I started moving them on August 16th! 2 weeks ahead of 'target' date!

I heard the boss singing the 'praises' of a woman in the office last week. He was thanking her for the 'outstanding job' she did on putting a 'ridership survey' together.
I saw the survey last week. I carried it from the Neighborhood Advisory meeting in October, and made copies for my supervisor. The City guy gave it to me. He said that he got it off the NET!
All she did was take the one I brought in and changed the header!
I was offered a copy tonite, (At the Neighborhood Advisory meeting), that Transit put out.....
Stolen thunder!!
They had NO IDEA that the City was doing one. They had no idea that I brought the 'prototype' to their attention. It kinda pi$$ed me that she got credit for work that I did 'off the clock'!
What they were working off of was the copies that I made. (from the original that I have in my file) He might have given me some 'brownie points' if he knew that I supplied the survey!

The important thing is, YOU know where it came from, and so does she! Give it time, I find that people who elevate themselves up on the backs of others, usually take a great fall. Life is like that!

Unfortunately this is sometimes true! But if they do and there is no one else to pillage off, their true colours soon shine through! Remember, bad things happen when good people stand by and do nothing!
