Randy called from the farm. Cops on the way!

Randy left last night to go to the market. Spent the night in town. When he got back after work tonite he noticed that his dirt bike was gone! He asked the neighbor if he had seen anything. He said that the other neighbor drove off my place with a truck load of stuff today! Randy took his 12 guage there and got his dirt bike back! He asked me what he should do.
I told Randy to put the 12 guage away and call the Sheriff! Since I suffered 13,500$ worth of 'loss' last year to theft, I have the Sheriff on my 'A' list of contacts.
The 'POSTED' signs are everywhere. The carport that the bike was stolen from is 100 YARDS from any county road. The bike was recovered, (by 12 guage)
Last week, the guy that had the bike was arrested for poaching deer, shooting across a highway and endangering children. This week, he was on MY farm, loading what he wanted because he thought that my RENTOR had 'moved.!!
I will be pressing charges!

Always get the cops involved. If nothing else they will have a record of the issues which may help in the future.

well he was smart to bring the 12 gauge. most people see someone walking towards em with an angry look on there face and a loaded 12 ( i think a dbl barrel looks more intimidating) and they usually run or beg for there life.

He got some of the stuff back. The cops were coming back today for an updated list.
Weather permitting, I'll head down tomorrow to lay an eagle-eye on the place. Wasn't much sense in going down in the dark, since Randy was handleing it.

Now I'm really glad that I brought my favorite toys/tools home last month!!

Criminal activity update....Randy called me and asked what his next move should be. He mentioned that there are witnesses that saw them dumping tires on the state. I gave him the number of a 'state' person that I had worked with last year when we cleared ALL the tires out of that area.
The State guys showed up today and found deep ruts where a truck had been stuck, and 50 scrap tires!
I was contacted, and an 'interview' was requested for this afternoon.
I explained that I had actually taken a day off from work the day that the clean-up happened, and that I had loaded 75 tires on MY truck and followed the other trucks 15 miles to the drop off point. That I had PERSONALLY moved and drilled sidewalls on over 1,000 tires that day.

The man said that was all documented, and that I was not a suspect. Then he said that the people that Randy pointed at were cited for dumping tires on the state and smashing 3 ft deep ruts all over the 'wetlands' that they were trying to protect.
I then walked the man to the parking lot where MY truck was parked. The painted parts of my truck were 'mud free'. That would NOT be the case if my 2 wd truck had been burried 3 ft deep in a wetlands!
Then the MDE guy said that he saw a brand new large toolbox full of tools sitting outside. (Funny, there was a B and E filed the other day about 3 miles up the road!)
I still have no idea where MY tools are, but the cases that they came out of are still at the farm!
I called the Sargent at the agency that is handeling the case, but have not recieved a return call yet.

Seems like it's turning into more than a simple case.

I sent the Sheriff a message last night asking why no one has called me back. He said that he would look into it today. THEN I found out that the perps are aged 31, with 4 pages of criminal activity, 14 and 13! Then I found out that on my Dad's birthday, the 31 year old scum has a jury trial scheduled for 10 counts of mayhem from December, 20 counts of mayhem from January that are not scheduled for trial yet and he was stealing MY stuff to pay FINES and buy CRACK!!

I called Child protective people today and reported him. I told them that I'm going to charge all three with trespassing and theft. We got enough of the stuff back to PROVE that they did it!
I can also prove that the value of the stuff they took was over $1,000. They most likely got $150 at the scrap yard, but the stuff was not 'scrap'!
DNR is going to charge them for dumping the tires (30) and messing up a protected wetlands.
DNR and I cleaned up a couple THOUSAND tires from that wetlands 9/19/2010. Great big Bobcat with a claw bucket, 3 pick ups and a trailer made MANY trips! It took most of a week.

I got a call a little while ago. The guy that ownes the property next door to my farm said that his 'tennents' called and told him that the boys @ farm was on his land stealing and got their truck stuck.
This claim was based on the fact that the truck left through MY land..

I explained to the neighbor that the boys do not have access to a 4 wd truck, so he should look at the one across the road with mud on the roof for his stuff.
He asked if I meant the greasey, long haired POACHER? I said 'exactly'.
Randy said that he was accused of stopping in front of a house in a full sized PU and shooting the bay window out.
Fact 1. The only driveable full sized pu's that Randy has access to are mine.(And I'm always IN them when he needs something moved) I keep both trucks here and he is not old enough to drive them due to my insurance
Fact 2, Randy's Dad loans him an 87 Ranger 2 wd once in a while, but it's always in the day and he has to have it back to him by 5:00
Fact 3, when this 'event' happened, Randy and his Dad and friend Leo were cleaning out a chicken house at the animal Rescue place a mile down the road. They spent 5 hours there cleaning pens.
Fact 4. Randy has ONE thing on his 'criminal' page, a scuffle with his brother.
Fact 5. The scum bag that is making the claims has 4 PAGES, 94 times he's been charged and dragged before a Judge!
Fact 6. The Deputy that went to the scumbags house looked into the bed of the muddy 4X4 and retrieved OUR Snap-on battery tester!
Fact 7. At this time, NO charges have been brought against the scumbag by the State.
Fact 8. When I found out that he was using 13 and 14 year old boys to 'help' him tresspass and steal from the neighbors, I called Child Protective Services.
Fact 9. Monday, I will be calling the County Commissioner's office and the Sheriff's office to ask 'WHY' no charges have been filed! I got beat out of $13,500 last year. This year I'm at $1,000 so far and the neighbor that called me said he's right about that too! He also said that there is a path from his back lot that leads to their front door! And that he saw something that 'fell off their truck' laying in their driveway that he could 'positively Identify' as his property. The State Police that HE called never even went there to investigate.

Opinion, here! The scumbag will get a public defender for NO charge to get him off. That's because our/my stuff was crushed for crack money before a search was conducted. That's because HE is already being 'fed' by the taxpayers with his WELFARE checks! If the State doesn't lock him up, there is more room for DUI's and other people that have money to feed lawyers in the jail!
In the meantime, TAXPAYERS are losing THOUSANDS of dollars to these JUNKIE, LEACHES because we can't work and protect our stuff at the same time!

At this point, I'd be finding the box for a new 60" flat screen and leaving it out in plain view. I'd then send Randy away for a few days, park the truck a mile away, walk back and wait in a dark house with the 12 gauge.

Patiently waiting for a response from the Sheriff. I did find out that charges are filed, but 'hidden' from electronic viewing'.
Randy called and said that the scum said that "There will be retaliation for the snitches". BRING it ON!! He 'retaliated' FIRST! I had no interest in this puke till he trespassed and STOLED my stuff!
I view that statement as a threat! Time to clean the guns....
I don't think he knows that I use a business card at 100 yards for a target!
(and can establish a 'group')
I've even put 5 out of 6 rounds in a 16 oz beer can with a pistol at 100 yards!
The neighboring landowner is 6'8", 300 lbs of 'farm' boy! He can drive that greasey crack head into the ground like a locust post!
I just called him and mentioned the 'threat'....
Randy said that he told them if he catches any of them near the farm that he was going to shoot them and drag them into the house!! You GO!! Randy!!
