heres my idea for prisons. the police buy an old rundown rat infested building in a city. bar every window in the freaking place. then you know those collars where if dogs go over the line in the ground they get zapped? well put collars on the prisoners and if they try to escape they get fried. then have the guards armed with 12 or even 10 gauge shotguns. and if the collar dont kill the prisoners the buckshot will. then the country landscape wont be ruined by prisons and the prisoners have no chance of getting out. that or instead of the collars and shotguns just drug all the prisoners so there just a bunch of drooling morons. just my 2 cents.

I was told tonite that the charges would go away with some community service hours..

That might work for a Judge, but the people in my 'inner circle' are held to a higher standard!
IF I was stopped for a light out and someone in my car had a TRACE of dope on them, my life would SUCK for a while! I might have to cash in what's left of the retirement money that the crooked bankers didn't steal to pay a crooked lawyer to defend me for having a person in my car that needed a ride to town!
Then, I would get placed in re-hab or fired, since I'm employed in a 'Safety sensitive' job! Yea, we have our own 'rules'!

Since not a single person in the world wants to get on a bus with a driver that is not 'clean', I will have NO association with ANYONE that can drag me down!
