For Sale 1994 Simpliciy Landlord 16 h.p.
Six speed transmission
50" deck.
Tractor has 514 hours and was mostly used only to mow grass and occasionally pull a trailer around the yard.
I did try plowing snow last winter with it and with my driveway being uphill and very long the six speed just wasn't happy with the job, so I bought a 20 h.p. hydo Prestige.
The snow blade does not go with it since it fit the Prestige.
The tractor is in excellent condition, always stored indoors and is currently serviced and ready for the mowing season.
I had asked the Simplicity dealer what I should be asking for this and he said $1300. Personally, and I realize that its a Simplicity and not a Sears but I feel that is too much for a 16 year old tractor. I have it advertised locally for $1000 or best offer.
Additionally I have an 8h.p. Simplicity Chipper/Vac that was purchased at the same time the Tractor was in 1994. The Chipper has only been used ocasionally and is in very nice condition also. I'd like to get $400 for the Chipper but I might be willing to let both pieces go as a pair for $1200.
