Ive just replaced the rings on my tractor and got it all back together. Its a briggs 15hp motor ohv
28n707. Its turning over but back firing out of the carburettor and not starting. its got good spark and fuel. drained the carb. and i do notice that theres some gas coming back into the carb. any thoughts?

Make sure its timed properly,sounds out by about 180 degrees

I'm talking about cam timing not the electrical
